Summertime presents All is Full of Love, a puppet musical about the love, sex, and fantasy lives of people with disabilities.

Desire and creativity are mostly absent from conversations about justice and rights for people with disabilities. Too often, our culture views pleasure and play as superfluous to a full-bodied human life, when in fact they are essential.

All is Full of Love is a freewheeling, handmade musical variety show created by Priscilla Frank in conjunction with eight artists who identify as having a disability: Jimmy Tucker, Camille Holvoet, Jennifer Quinones, Magen Nieves, Chris Chronopoulos, Jon Putz, Shmuel Taurog, and Brian Dyer.

Every song in the show is an adaptation of a firsthand experience or fantasy selected and shared by each participating artist, produced and recorded by musician Graeme Daubert, and performed by a puppet alter ego with the help of puppeteer Alana Hauser..

Demon daddies enjoy a sumptuous Halloween feast with a noble cat. A phoenix finds his twin flame in a sunflower. A robot-dinosaur daydreams about his romantic future. Join us as play, pleasure, and puppets come together for a celebration of love in all its forms.

Tickets are free but limited. Vaccines and masks are required for entry. A streaming option will be provided at a later date for those who cannot attend in person.

This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by Brooklyn Arts Council as well as a grant from the The Bronfman Fellowship Alumni Venture Fund.
