DEBORAH CELEBRATION

Come raise a glass to Oswald Saenz’s triumphant solo exhibition, Deborah, and all the care, day and night, he put into creating this body of work in loving memory of his mother. 

Deborah Botero is Oswald Saenz’s mother — a glamorous, impassioned woman who loved roses and Chinese food and cared fiercely for her son. This exhibition is a memorial, a howl of grief, a conjuring of spirit, and a testament to the love between a mother and son. 

The October 1st celebration will also be an opportunity to toast everything Summertime has accomplished in the last two years and all that the future will bring.

Cumbia tunes will be playing and beer and food will be served from Oswald’s favorite bakery Delicias Colombianas. We’ll have books and sweatshirts for sale too!
